Annual Parish Council Meeting 2002
The Annual Parish Council Meeting was held in the Carter Institute on Monday 27 May 2002 at 7:30pm Present - Chairman Cllr James, Cllrs Cole, Willmer, Jackson and Harris, District Cllrs Phillips & Gray & County Cllr Hayward Apologies were received from Cllr Gaertner Statement by the Clerk In view of the fact that Cllrs Willmer, James & Jackson had not completed their Register of Members Interests to date, they were technically in breach of the model code of conduct recently adopted, having spoken with the monitoring officer at WODC the advice given was that providing the remaining Cllrs were in agreement, the breach could be minuted and the meeting continue.
